Johns Creek House Call Providers aim at providing the highest quality and most convenient and patient-centered healthcare to people in their homes, office or place or work environment. We focus on health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. We provide some of the same care provided by physicians and maintain close working relationships with our collaborating physician. JCHC Providers can serve as a patient’s regular health care provider. Among many services, we conduct routine tests in the patient’s home, such as blood work, urinalyses, EKGs and x-rays. We also diagnose and treat acute conditions such as infections and minor laceration repairs, abscesses; and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and COPD. We are able to refill/prescribe medications and may refer to other specialists as needed. We do not treat life threatening emergencies. Call 911 to go to the nearest emergency room. Providers also do not walk around with narcotics.
